Anna's Bananas Daycare and Preschool Vacation Request Form

Vacation Requests must be done two weeks prior to the day/dates requested off and only after you have been enrolled for 90 days. Your child will receive up to 5 vacation days per year depending on how many days a week they attend daycare. Example: If your child attends three days per week, they will receive three days per year, etc. Effective January 1, 2018, vacation days will be split into two six-month period with half vacation days being valid January-June for use and the other half being valid July-December. Allotted vacation days not utilized in the first half of the year can be rolled over into the second half of the year.
